Measures to Prevent and Solve the Problems from the Launching of Rockets, Fireworks, Circular Fireworks, Sky Lanterns, Fire Lanterns, Smoke Lanterns or Other Similar Objects Whereas to solve the problems, prevent the dangers and damages which could occur to the public as a result of launching or performing any specific action to project rockets, fireworks, circular fireworks, sky lanterns, fire lanterns, smoke lanterns, or other similar objects into the airspace. Therefore, it is necessary to prescribe measures to prevent and solve such problems for the peace and order of the Country.
By virtue of Section 44 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand (Interim) B.E. 2557 (2014) the Head of the National Council for Peace and Order, with the consent of the National Council for Peace and Order, hereby issue this order as follows:
