The National Executive Council has considered that at present there are many public services such as bathing facilities, hotels, bungalows, dance venues, clubs and theaters that have dishonest operation, violate laws, as well as always act against public order or good morals.
     Therefore, the Chief of the National Executive Council hereby issues orders as follows:
